From their humble acoustic roots in Kharkiv in 2000 to cult-status icons, Serhiy Babkin and Andriy “Sun” Zaporozhets have crafted a sound that’s both intimate and electrifying.

Minimalist by design—just voice, guitar, and beatbox—their music fuses reggae, soul, folk, hip-hop, and Latin influences in a way that feels raw, soulful, and unforgettable.

The duo’s demo 'Unplugged’ which featured Bob Marley’s 'Jammin’ surfaced in 2002 was recorded for only $30, without overdubs, and quickly spread unofficially by word of mouth. The demo was heavily bootlegged across Eastern and Middle Europe: in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia and others.
